Founder's Vision
As a woman, a nurse, and a leader deeply rooted in my community, my vision for Empowerment Through Our Community (ETOC) was born from compassion and lived experience. I created ETOC to be a bridge—connecting people not only to resources, but to opportunity, dignity, and hope.
